Oh this crew….  I always look forward to the opportunity to photograph them for so many reasons.  The parents and I are longtime friends .. the little girl has one of my favorite personalities ever … and while I had only photographed little bro at his newborn session, after photographing him this time… he’s just as amazing as his sister is in front of the camera.

So Dad and I go WAY back.  We’re talking… he lived a stone’s throw away from me all of my life and was part of a circle of friends that I ran around the neighborhood with all of my childhood… playing whiffle ball in the backyard, kickball in the side alley (how’s that arm feeling after your trip over third base!? 🙂 ), or simply hanging out in the summer days.  And it’s pretty cool to still be friends after all of those years to be able see him become a Dad and raise a family.

And he married one of the nicest people you will ever meet in your lifetime.  She and I did the whole Catholic grade school thing together, cheered together in high school and remain friends to this day. Such a sweet person and an even better Mom.

This was round three of a Photography by Brea photo session with these guys and you’ll see that I have no reason to complain about that.   Cue the cuteness…

I ADORE this picture of this little lady.  Totally sums up her personality.  Fierce and independent – and full of a whole lot of energy and joy.  She was doing her best on every swing towards me to hit my arm!

And this little man… what a doll baby.  I hadn’t seen him in SO LONG and all of the sudden he is this sweet, adorable little boy who literally just hands out, chills out, and smiles at you every time you look at him.  Melted my heart!

Remember how I said she’s one of the nicest people of all time?  She’s also gorgeous…

Thank you SO MUCH again for your incredible support.  From our first session that you drove all the way to Cleveland for, to allowing me to capture your first days as a family of four, to now this incredible shoot.
