I was really excited to get the opportunity to spend some time with this family after meeting them at a wedding last Fall. Mom was one of the first people to contact me about participating in Spring Sessions and I was so glad that the weather held off so we could capture her and her really great kiddos!

Was very cool to have so many different ages to photograph – but they all seemed to love their time in front of the camera! These guys were  guys were FULL of life.  A lot of laughter, a lot of sibling jabbing, but I think the coolest thing was seeing the teamwork… watching the older girls help Mom keep the younger kids close by.   A tight clan…

As a Mom of one, I can definitely attest to all of the things that are amazing about motherhood, and can also speak to the challenges each day faces.  But watching this Mom of four with these kids for an hour… two teenage girls, an energetic little boy, and a curious toddler – I immediately gained the utmost respect for her.  Because I saw how much these kids adore her and respect her – and how much love there is between all of them. An awesome thing to see.  And even more awesome to watch her feel beautiful in front of the camera…
