This session was a LONG time in the making! Longtime loyal, fantastic, amazing (<– and any other word that means awesome) clients of mine decided to purchase a photo shoot for their parents as a Christmas gift. (Little side note – I know I’m biased… but what a great gift to be able to give a Grandparent, right?! To be able to have everyone in one place for a photography session with all of their kids and grandkids? How do you beat that?)
We decided to shoot at the Grandparents’ home where the kids were familiar and comfortable – and we had a beautiful back yard to go with the pretty bright colors they all dressed in. It was a muggy day, but everyone hung in there and we had a great, laid-back session – was fun watching this crew interact with each other 🙂
Love this – the kids were tickling the back of Grandpa’s knees!
This was one group of hilarious personalities in these kids. But what was funny – was when it came time for their solo shots – they all got serious!
Was fun photographing the two leaders of the pack on their own. The entire time I was with them I just kept thinking, “I hope when it comes time to watch my kids have kids, that I can witness them all be so close like this.” What a blessing, right? P.S. – this was right after I made them kiss in front of all the kids and grandkids 🙂
Thank you so much to all of you for inviting me to hang out with you all for an evening! What a great group. Excited to know that these images will update your family walls for years to come – and neat to know that when these kids are still best friends as adults they will look back and have this memory to hold on to as well. Until next time…
