This senior session was full of ev-er-y-thing that I LOVE about working with high school seniors.  This soon-to-be grad absolutely OWNED this session with her positive vibe, her sweet spirit, her (amazing) outfits and her added touch of bringing a portable speaker to jam to some Maroon 5 during our session (I may or may not have been busted whipping out some dance moves and clicking the camera to the beat.)   But the best part of the session was watching her have a ton of confidence and exude a lot of joy in front of my camera.  It was awesome.

Allow me to introduce the very first shot out of my camera.  It set the tone for what was to come…

Most of you see that I offer high school senior photography on my menu of services…  but because you all have kept me so busy with newborn, children and family photography, I don’t get to dive into this side of things NEARLY as much as I want to.  But I can’t let go of it – purely for the awesome feeling that I get when I get to work with these full-of-life young people.   And this current high school junior and soon-to-be senior in the graduating class of 2014 reminded me why.

From the minute I met her – she just exuded this energy that was incredibly contagious.    It was so refreshing to meet a young adult like her and see that there’s hope in our next generation. She shook my hand … looked me in the eye when she talked to me … asked questions and answered mine with confidence …  skipped around … told jokes…  I felt like I could be permanently energized if I hung out with her long enough. And not only is her personality and character amazing… she is an absolutely STUNNING girl.

We decided  to shoot in the Cleveland Metroparks as she is an outdoorsy girl and we wanted to represent that!  I had the most perfect night to photograph, with the most perfect person to work with.  Meet this awesome girl… who has inspired me to laugh about everything, smile at everyone and love life.  She’s awesome.
