I’m telling you… one of my favorite things about this career is the fact that I have been able to photograph so many of my friends’ babies.  There’s just something that’s really special to me about helping those that are closest to me document these awesome times with their growing families.

This little one happens to be one of my daughter’s BFFs.  (Born only three weeks apart!)  I honestly can’t get enough of her.  Tons of personality (and multiple expressions to go with it!)… and my favorite … the most fabulous rock star hair!

The beauty of this session?? It was done in my yard and in my house!  I truly believe that you can find a background anywhere – as long as you’ve got good lighting!!!

Mom bought an 8×10 standout display of this image and it looks BEAUTIFUL in her home.

We took this shot for Dad. He loves reading Dr. Suess to her – and Mom actually came with this idea to have the books around her.  Really love when families come with something personalized to add to the session!

Every new Mom needs that one person that you can share everything with and ask questions those “has your baby ever done this” questions to.  I have been so blessed to have this beautiful Mom at my side as a confidant and friend through pregnancy and now as Moms to our precious little girls.   Thanks for everything, friend.  Until next time 🙂
