This was such a dream newborn session.  I absolutely LOVE when there are older siblings involved in a newborn shoot, but at the same time, it also poses a fun challenge because you never know what you’re going to get out of them. But not only was the newest member of the family an absolute angel when we were photographing, but big brother was so sweet, so much fun, and so in love with his little brother that it brought everything together.

An overall inspiring family… a super content baby boy, a really joy-filled and polite 4-year-old … and two parents that make it obvious why.   Check out their images as they celebrate becoming a family of four

This guy kept me company when Mom was taking breaks to feed the baby. I’m pretty sure he was laughing at me because he was beating me at the board game we were playing!

I love me some Mom and baby shots…  mainly because every single Mom (naturally) is worried about how they will look in photos in the days after having a baby… but I love to show them how gorgeous they shine in all of their pride, love and joy of their new baby. (Exhibit A below. She is beautiful)

Love this adorable capture of Dad and the oldest.  Dad read books and played board games with big bro while we focused on the solo shots of the baby…  so sweet! (And frankly, I’m not sure which one is more interested in the book!!)

CONGRATULATIONS on your beautiful, growing family.  There is so much love and happiness in your home – it was fun to witness it in person for a couple of hours, and capture it in photographs for you to have for a lifetime 🙂  Until next time…
